We Live to Serve! Serving our local community, we hosted a Back to School event in collaboration with Tuckaseegee Recreation Center and the Queen City Robotics Alliance (QCRA). Christ Embassy Charlotte sponsored 300 backpacks with school supplies for Elementary, Middle and High School aged students from the surrounding community.
There was a robotics demonstration from FirstNC to encourage students to explore the various opportunities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Kids had an opportunity to use robots built by students from the QCRA.
Each backpack included copies of the Rhapsody of Realities for Early Readers, Teevo and Now That You are Born again. High School students received a copy of The Power of Your Mind.
